YOU MUST USE SONAR CORE 3.3.1!

This is a back-port from the 1.12.2 Version of Calculator.
Here is a list of all changes backported, some of which may not be relevant.

Changes
- Increased extractors max transfer to 2000 rf/t

Fixes
- Fixes crash exporting items from machines.
- Fixes Atomic/Dynamic Calculator dropping their outputs.
- Fixed not being able to remove Stone Seperator and Extraction Chamber recipes with CraftTweaker
- Fixed docking station not returning buckets
- Fixed Calculator GUIs not showing item names, background not darkened.
- Weather stations adds time rather than setting it.
- Calculator Locator, Conductor Mast and Advanced Power Cube will send energy again.
- Calculator seeds will now only grow in the correct greenhouse.
- Updated JEI api integration.
- Fixed AbstractMethodError on inventory transfer
