Adds an Alternative handle for Tools to replace Sticks, Tools with bone Handles will have 1.33x more Durability.

Adds Bone Handle Tools for:

Sword, Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, Hoe.

With Tiers of:

Wooden, Stone, Iron, Golden, Diamond, Netherite

Supports Netherite Upgrade Template, as well as having its own Upgrade Template to Convert Stick Handle Tools to Bone Handle Tools. additionally all Bone Handle Tools have their Durability Increased by 1.33x.
