Shelves Backport

Have you ever wanted Shelves but dont want to change from 1.21.8 and you also dont want newer game features such as spears! .. no? Oh okay, you can move on then- I made this mod for people who want Shelves backported on their own aka my girlfriend, it does what it says.. backports all shelf types to 1.21.8 with minor differences (redstone does not appear to get powered from it, hoppers and dispensers do work, item holding / displaying is fine)

The code is mostly copied from the newer versions of the game with slight tweaks to make it compatible with this older version, credit for the content still goes towards the Mojang team!
