A simple vanilla-style mod adding two missing redstone machines.
Block placer
The block placer places one block in front of it with each redstone pulse. It has a 9-slot inventory and supports hoppers and comparators.
Block breaker
The block breaker breaks one block in front of it with each redstone pulse. Items are dropped into the world and can be collected using vanilla systems.
