☠️ Suffocation Incidents (Enhanced Attribution)

Added Tier 2 suffocation attribution:

Detects direct block placer and up to two assisting players using recent placement history.

  1. Added probable attribution for falling blocks (e.g. sand, gravel):

  • Best-effort detection based on recent placements above the victim.
  • Clearly limited by Minecraft engine behavior and marked as inferred.
  1. Suffocation deaths now:

  • Generate a stable incident ID
  • Appear in the unified incident list
  • Persist across server restarts and player re-log via SavedData
  1. Added staff alerts for suffocation incidents with:

  • Victim name
  • Direct placer
  • Assistants (if any)
  • Clickable teleport to incident location
  • Added incident alert silencing support for suffocation incidents:
  • Incident is still recorded even when alerts are suppressed.

  • Added a custom Block Scanner item:
  • Dedicated 3D model created in Blockbench
  • Proper transforms for:
  • First-person (left & right hand)
  • Third-person (left & right hand)
  • GUI
  • Ground
  • Item frames

🎨 Creative Menu

  • Added a custom BlockMemory creative tab.
  • Updated the creative tab icon to use the BlockMemory logo.

Fixed creative tab loading issues:

  • Correct Forge 1.20.1 registry usage
  • No deprecated APIs
  • No invisible or missing icons
