Block Memory 1.7.2 Fabric

This is a small staff workflow polish update for the Forge version of Block Memory.

Improved

• Improved /blockmemory queue output with clearer incident and alert totals.
• Added oldest unreviewed incident details to the staff queue.
• Added newest unclaimed alert details to the staff queue.
• Added clickable queue shortcuts for incidents and alerts.
• Improved /blockmemory scan output with command count, top actors, and recent actions.
• Added top actors and recent actions to scan TXT/JSON exports.
• Added the new scan details to the scan copy summary.

Notes

This is a safe command-output polish update.

No saved data format changes, tracking changes, permission changes, scanner/wand behaviour changes, alert persistence changes, or incident persistence changes were made.

This update is for the Forge version first. The Fabric version will receive the same scan and queue polish later. Feedback always appriciated!
