This mod adds one block, named "Block Booster".
This block is able to accelerate speed of operation of adjacent blocks which have so-called block entities (e.g., Furnace, Hopper, Brewing Stand, Dropper, Dispenser).
The acceleration rate can be adjusted in its UI, from 0 to 8. So, if the rate is 4, all adjacent blocks will operate 4 times faster.
Bear in mind that there might be exceptions - some mods' blocks can not be boosted.
If you happen to find that a certain block can't be boosted, you can report it to me and I will attempt to make this mod work with that block.
