Better Revive X PlayerRevive
Better Revive X PlayerRevive is a compatibility add-on based on an idea suggested by luciferspes.
The goal was to make Better Revive and PlayerRevive work together in a clean way without creating endless revive or death loops. PlayerRevive handles the first rescue attempt, and if that fails and the player actually dies, Better Revive takes over from there.
How It Works
When a player takes lethal damage, PlayerRevive starts its normal bleed-out phase. Other players have a short window to reach and revive them.
If the player bleeds out or gives up, Better Revive takes over. It creates the grave and starts its longer revival system.
Once the Better Revive timer expires or the player reaches their final death, the add-on prevents PlayerRevive from starting another bleed-out phase. This keeps the transition clean and stops players from getting stuck between both revival systems.
Features
- PlayerRevive handles the first rescue attempt

- Prevents repeated bleed-out and death loops
- Keeps the normal revival mechanics of both mods
- Recognizes saved Better Revive states after reconnecting or restarting the server
- Works automatically without additional configuration
- Uses the public APIs provided by both mods
- Suitable for singleplayer and multiplayer servers
