AutoEMC

Fixed issues: Existing/manual EMC values now always override AutoEMC-generated values. Legacy forge: tags are automatically translated to modern c: tags. New configurations use the c namespace by default. Bundled ProjectE mappings also translate old tag names. Solver version increased, forcing corrected values to be recalculated. Runaway recipe calculations retain existing cycle protection and safer lowest-value recipe selection.
