Assembly Line Machines

- Updated to Minecraft 1.19.3.

- Major changes (internally) to the Fluid Mixer/Fluid Bath - no longer does it need to be a specific set of fluid types. For recipe makers, please see the developer wiki.

- Removed Russian translation.

- Mid-game crafting progression, including two new blends.

- Texture changes.

- Fixed issues when using KubeJS in conjunction with our recipe types. (GitHub#83/89)

- Fixed bug where chargeable tools could be charged beyond their capacity. (GitHub#88)

Thanks to everyone who has submitted bug reports or participated in the Discord server. Although our releases are uncommon as of late (very busy changes in personal life), I am always looking to improve this mod!
