Utility GEAR and Combat GEAR both can be upgraded by shift right-clicking the Scribes Table while the GEAR is in your off hand

G.E.A.R. stands for Generally Effective Aromatic Relic.
It is said that these GEARs have existed for almost as long as time itself.
Of course, no one can really remember.
Created by the DIVINES, these precious relics were made with two objectives in mind:
To smell nice
and
To make life easier - or harder - for whomever they may be bound to.
Brief Overview:
Adds in 2 new items:
Combat GEAR and a Utility GEAR.
Replaces your usual Minecraft tools and the Ars Nouveau Spell Book.
They are both UPGRADEABLE
Combat GEAR can carry at max 12 spells (4 per cycle)
Spells now have cooldowns based on mana cost, and augments can stack in the spell book GUI
Each Gear has 3 modes:
Combat GEAR is Sword, Bow, and Mirror (all from Ars Nouveau)
Utility GEAR is Paxel, Hoe, and Fishing Rod
They have 5 tiers:
Wood, Stone, Iron, Diamond, and Arcane
EVERYTHING about them can be found in the Worn Notebook provided by Ars Nouveau.

What's missing:
- Starbuncle fish bait (Don't worry, it'll be cute.) This will be more of addon to this addon for a later date.
- Sounds for GEAR switching & eating, There are now sounds.
- A config. (Right now you can't use items that are just like the GEAR items! (the GEARs wouldn't have purpose if you could.)) There is now a config.
