allayfolks-0.3.5.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
v0.3.5
New
/allayfolks call: brings your companion back to you if it ever gets stuck or lost, even from an unloaded chunk or another dimension. Any player can use it, no cheats needed, and it only calls your own allay. An allay you told to stay isn't moved, and if it can't be found you get the coordinates where it was last seen.- Tamed allays show as pets on maps: allays now report their owner the standard Minecraft way, so map mods like Xaero's should show them as tamed (green) instead of wild.
Changes
- No more force-taming: a wild allay only eats from a player it trusts. Stand still holding its food for about 5 seconds and let it come to you, then feed it. Clicking it right away shows "too shy" and doesn't use up the food.
Fixes
- Allays lost after quick teleports: using waystones (or other teleports) back to back could leave your allay behind in an unloaded chunk for good. It now always catches up, waiting for your new chunk to load first.
- Invisible allay after teleporting: an allay could be next to you but not show on screen until you logged out and back in. It now re-sends itself to your game after popping over to you (you may see a one-frame blink).
- A pet waiting at home for its offline owner could be lured away by a jukebox and stay out there. It now goes back home.
- Code cleanup and a smaller log (ancient city home messages no longer flood it).
