The Charm works from anywhere in the inventory.

Features:

Block Break Speed while in air multiplied by 5, to negotiate the 5x penalty by vanilla.

Or let's just say you can mine blocks when flying without any fatigue.

Recipe:

The Charm is crafted with  2 Feathers, 4 Diamonds and 1 gold Ingot.
