Age of the Gods

This mod is early in development! It is not yet fully ready for survival, while survival is possible as all the recipes exist and work, and beating the game is still fully possible, i recommend waiting on creating a long term survival world with this mod until it is more fleshed out with biomes, entities and items (and JEI support, forging is currently hard coded)!
Age of the Gods is a Greek Mythology mod which brings the gods into the realm of the Overworld! Based on the historical tellings of Greek Mythology from the Heroic age, including items, foods, animals and technology from that era, as well of course, the enemies and Gods for the player to conquer!

The mod currently features 5 new Biomes:
 - Garrigue - a sandy shrubland with olive trees & sandstone 

 - Maquis Shrubland - a stony shrubland with oak trees & granite

 - Mediterranean Forest - a forest of mixed olive and oak trees with lots of winding rivers

 - Mixed Forest - a forest containing birch, oak and pine trees

 - Pine Forest - a forest containing pine(currently made using spruce) trees

The mod also features 3 new ores & raw metals which consist of:
 - Zinc

 - Tin

 - Silver

using those you can use the Alloy Furnace to create a molten alloy mixture which can then be forged into some alloys consisting of:

 - Hepatizon

 - Electrum

 - Orichalcum

 - Bronze
all of which are based on real ancient greek alloys

using alloys you can craft weapons, of which are recreated from real ancient greek weapons such as the Xiphos sword
