Origins + Cold Sweat

Adds support for Cold Sweat and Origins to work together.

Adds compatibility for Origins with Cold Sweat.

The Merling is immune to the cold, and the Blazeborn is immune to the heat.

For editing purposes:

Cold immunity is named "warmth"

Heat immunity is named "frigidness"

Recommended to be used with a mod such as Paxi, check the Relations tab for links.
