Sprinting Restrictions

Adds several configurable restrictions to disable players from sprinting.

Made for people who want to balance sprinting, but don't want to add a stamina bar or rely on hunger.

By default it prevents the player from sprinting when below half health.

Configuration:

Disable mod

Disable sprinting always

Disable sprinting when health is below x%

Disable sprinting when armor is above x
