This mod changes anvil behavior so that when no enchanted item is present in the anvil, no experience is used.

This part only applies to non-enchanted items, made to be used in-tandem with another mod that changes the material repair cost.
How effective repairing is, 25% per item by default, 100% per item is full repair, 0% disables repairing.
