A Datapack which adds Gallifrey to Dalek Mod.
I mainly did this bc the Dalek Mod Additions' Gallifrey was absolutely garbage, and sometimes the player's PC wouldn't even load the Citadel, so I decided that I could do it better.

Obviously you need Dalek Mod for this and also the Regeneration Mod. Also, the Citadel uses blocks from Security Craft, so you need that too
