Feel free to download SecurityCraft, and be protected from anyone breaking into your house, even those pesky creepers! For more information, pictures, recipes, and other stuff, refer to the ingame SecurityCraft Manual item, or visit the wiki here.

You are allowed to use this mod in modpacks.
when you add back the in world viewing can you also make it for 1.18.2?
In reply to roboredstone:
Whenever we reimplement viewing a camera on a block in the world (no idea when), it will be without needing to install another mod, and it will be for the Minecraft versions that we are supporting at that point in time. I cannot promise you that that will include 1.18.2.
please make it so I don't need the other mod to look at security cameras its great feature please make it happen
hey is there any way to make reinforced blocks vulnerable to explosives?
In reply to Spookzsaw:
No, that would defeat their intended purpose.
In reply to bl4ckscor3:
i mean, no secured area is impossible to penetrate, using TNT is a lot more expensive than mining, even more so if the blocks have a high blast resistance
In reply to Spookzsaw:
What happens in the real world and what we want for the mod are two different pair of shoes.
In reply to bl4ckscor3:
fair enough, i have been trying to make my own modification to the 1.12.2 version to allow explosions after downloading the source code from the github, when i try and build the 1.12.2 version by running the gradlew batch file or typing gradlew build in the cmd prompt it throws up an error that there's deprecated gradle features used in the build, failing it, any advice or is this not the place to ask?
In reply to Spookzsaw:
Using deprecated gradle features shouldn't yield a failed build. You're also not supposed to run the gradlew batch file directly. First, run gradlew setupDecompWorkspace, and then gradlew eclipse or gradlew idea, depending on the IDE that you are using (Eclipse, or Intellij IDEA respectively). Then you can open the project in that IDE, edit the code, and then run gradlew build. That should work just fine. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask in our Discord server in the #sc-talk channel, we'll be happy to help.
pls make a version for fabric
In reply to elchuchupana:
We don't plan on making a Fabric port as we don't have the time nor the manpower to do that.
is their a way to have the cctv cameras be on a monitor and that they flicker though the cameras
In reply to Atomic_Labs:
I am assuming with "monitor", you mean a block placed in the world, and not the "Camera Monitor" item that the mod already has (because you can rightclick that and jump between cameras without exiting one). However for viewing cameras in the world: No. It's not possible to do that. At some point in the future we'll add this feature back, but we don't know when.
bro gotta love this mod have to include it when making a mc server
Are you planning to do a fabric/quilt port?
In reply to LmaxplayG:
We are not planning to have SecurityCraft available on anything other than Forge.
For when it is updated to 1.18 or later would it be too much to ask for supporting Immersive Railroading?
-Making Reinforced Tracks.
-Protecting Cargo Cars Inventory.
-protecting the trains (locomotives/engines/ train cars) from destruction similar to reinforced blocks and their inventory?
In reply to IMP_ShadowWing_205th:
SercurityCraft has already been updated to 1.18.2 and even have a beta version for 1.19.
As for the Immersive Railroading support, I think it would be better to ask that mod's dev(s) instead (or at least, SC's devs generally redirect users asking for compatibility with a mod to ask that mod's dev, though can't confirm)
In reply to Tanguygab_MC:
You're correct. There are so many mods out there, that we can't add support for every single one of them. It would take too much time to create and maintain. If people want SecurityCraft to support a specific mod, they should ask the developer of the mod they want support for, or find someone to create an addon mod. And if there's anything that we can do to make addon devs' lives easier, we're happy to help.
Thanks for getting the latest update, much appreciated.
