🎮 How to Use

1. Install the datapack in your Minecraft world.

2. Grab any axe.

3. Chop a log from the tree.

4. Watch the connected logs break in one go.

5. Collect your drops and get back to what you were doing!

⚠️ Activation depends on your Minecraft version:

• Minecraft Java 26.3: Sneak while chopping to activate OneChop.

• Minecraft Java 26.1.2: Simply chop the tree; sneaking isn't required.

🌳 Supported Wood Types

OneChop currently supports:

• Oak

• Spruce

• Birch

• Jungle

• Acacia

• Dark Oak

• Mangrove

• Cherry

• Pale Oak

• Poplar

• Crimson

• Warped

Bamboo and giant mushrooms aren't supported yet, but they may be considered for future updates.

⚙️ Known Differences & Notes

• Axe durability: In tested Minecraft Java 26.3 gameplay, axe durability doesn't decrease when using OneChop. In Java 26.1.2, durability does decrease.

• Dense tree farms: In densely packed tree farms, connected trees may cause unexpected leaf or log behaviour.

🚀 Possible Future Updates

Got ideas for what OneChop could do next? Here are a few possibilities:

• 🍃 Silk Touch Support: A possible way to make leaves drop as leaf blocks when using a Silk Touch axe, rather than their usual drops.

• 🎋 Bamboo Support: Bring OneChop-style chopping to bamboo.

• 🍄 Giant Mushroom Support: Add support for giant mushroom structures.

These are ideas for future updates, not features currently available.
