[DAI] Tower of DLC (Data)

Tower of DLC is a DAI faction-war experience where Cyan and Orange battle across a neon Grid city, race native Light Cycles, climb the Core Spire, and fight to control the System Eye.

Tower of DLC

Tower of DLC is a complete faction-war MAIN experience built for the D.A.I. Engine.

Choose Cyan or Orange, enter a dense illuminated Grid city, fight through vertical structures and elevated routes, deploy native Light Cycles, and battle your way toward the enormous central Core Spire.

At its summit waits the System Eye — a persistent King-of-the-Hill objective capable of shifting the technological balance of the entire match.

Two Persistent Factions

Join either:

  • Cyan
  • Orange

Each faction receives its own equipment, Identity Disc, access systems, Light Cycle, visual identity, base, progression, and battlefield presence.

Friendly fire is disabled, allowing players to organize into persistent teams and push toward shared objectives.

The Grid

Tower of DLC generates a dense authored dark-grid city featuring:

  • A 192×192 battlefield
  • More than 25 hollow combat towers
  • Traversable interiors
  • Rooftop combat
  • Faction bases
  • Street-level routes
  • Elevated crossings
  • Bridges
  • Authored Grid lighting
  • Cyan and Orange environmental circuitry

The world is built around vertical combat and rapid movement rather than ordinary Minecraft terrain.

Core Spire

At the center of the Grid stands the massive Core Spire.

Its exterior contains a continuous rising Light Cycle roadway connected directly to the city streets.

Players can:

  • Race upward by Light Cycle
  • Fight through interior crossings
  • Enter and exit the spiral at multiple elevations
  • Attack opponents traveling above or below
  • Push toward the System Eye at the crown

Native Light Cycles

Both factions have their own registry-backed DAI Light Cycle:

  • Cyan Light Cycle
  • Orange Light Cycle

Use the Bike Toggle to deploy and mount your cycle.

Light Cycles:

  • Drive continuously in arcade-style Grid fashion
  • Steer using rider camera direction
  • Handle the Core Spire's one-block rises
  • Use native DAI entity identities
  • Use native DAI mesh rendering
  • Require no invisible vanilla vehicle carrier
  • Automatically clean themselves up after dismounting

DAI 3.3 now drives their continuous movement directly through native entity lifecycle processing.

Identity Disc Combat

Every faction receives its own Identity Disc.

Identity Discs function as melee weapons and can also be thrown using DAI reaction-driven item input.

Thrown discs:

  • Travel rapidly through the Grid
  • Damage opposing players
  • Collide with world geometry
  • Produce faction-specific effects
  • Automatically expire
  • Recompile after their cooldown

DAI 3.3 structured projectile information is included while Tower of DLC retains its authored command-driven flight system for exact gameplay behavior.
