Create: TFMG Deep Oil Fix

Fixes oil deposits from The Factory Must Grow spawning at a hardcoded Y level (-64), which breaks in deep oceans and custom terrain.
Fixes oil generation depth for The Factory Must Grow.
By default, oil deposits generate at Y = -64, which causes them to appear in the middle of deep oceans or at incorrect levels in custom worldgen.
This datapack overrides the placement of tfmg:oil_deposit and forces it to generate at a deeper level (configurable in the file), making oil spawn where it actually makes sense.

- No balance changes
- Just fixes broken worldgen
Works with existing worlds (new chunks only).
MAKE SURE TO CHANGE THE VALUE IN THE DATAPACK TO FIT YOUR WORLD! Default is -140
