Smeltable Vanilla Items

Lets you smelt a few vanilla items into their components (kind of like an expansion of the default recycling recipes the game has).

Added Spyglass > Amethyst Shard recipe
Added Horse Armour recipes since I forgot those (oops)
Reduced diamond blasting time to 150 ticks (7.5 seconds)
Changed the Chipped Anvil to give 9 Iron Ingots instead of an Iron Block
Overhauled all the recipes names to be more readable
