A datapack for peaceful mode, adds missing items

A Minecraft 1.14+ datapack for peaceful mode. Provides recipes to create things that are very hard or impossible to find in peaceful mode.

It adds recipes for gunpowder, blaze powder, blaze rods, slimeballs, wool-to-string, and bats may drop spider eyes when killed.
