Epic Fight Spartan Weaponry Mod Compatibility

Now a Datapack!

Added Scythes and Parrying Daggers to compatible registries.

Tweaked all weapon stats heavily for a more tighter material and weapon type hierarchy.

Something to note:

• Parrying daggers and all daggers do not have a blocking animation, but still block. (May be better for parrying daggers to remain weapon typeless or as a shield type)
