Will allow players carrying a stone axe to remove all wood blocks just by chopping the bottom-most block of the tree.

This is a hotfix for a problem in v4.1/4.1.1. Please download this and replace the plugin jar in your plugins folder. No config changes should be required, but if you have trouble loading the plugin, try deleting the config and letting the server reboot and create a new config file.
