Will allow players carrying a stone axe to remove all wood blocks just by chopping the bottom-most block of the tree.

This is a small hotfix for the permissions problems that the last release had. If you didn't have any issues, this should not affect you, but I would love if you tested it so I can get feedback.
It theoretically should work with 1.5 as well...
Sometimes leaves 1 bottom block on giant jungle trees.
