Simple Home Teleportation

This plugin provides basic /sethome, /home, /tpa, and teleportation to /nether and /theend.

Features:

• /sethome and /home, teleportation to the Nether and The End.
• Teleportation to another players: /tpa.
• Teleport randomly: /tprandom.
• Configurable rules:
  1. Whether to allow teleportation to the Nether, The End, players and randomly.
  2. Enable/Disable teleportation to another world when player is in The End.
  3. Fair-play mode: Ops cannot break the rules.
  4. Player teleportation request timeout.
  5. Teleportation cancel action.
  6. Random teleportation range.
• Very small, only about 20KB.
