Server Tickets
What is Server Tickets?
Server Tickets is a powerfull and easy to use ticket system. Players can create tickets if they got any trouble on the server.
How does it work?
When a player is in trouble or when he/she has a question then they can create a ticket. They use a simple command for it. When the ticket is created the system will automaticly prevent any more tickets of that player. On this moment all the staffmembers will get a notification that there is a new ticket.
The staff can now claim the ticket. As soon as the ticket is claimed , a private chat channel will start. The claimer and the ticket creator are now in a private chat channel so everything being said is 100% private.
When the player is creating the ticket the plugin will also save his/her location where the ticket was created and the claimer of the ticket can use a command to teleport to this specific ticket. When the everything is done, the staffmember can typ /close to close the ticket. Both of you are now out of the private chat channel.

How to install
- Download servertickets.jar
- Put the .jar in your plugins folder
- Restart your server
- Done!
