It makes it so that if you put an item in a chest and someone takes it out, it regenerates instantly
With
```
/regenitem set
```
it makes the item you have in your hand, when placed in a chest, barrel, or shulker, if someone takes it out, restock instantly, perfect for giving items with enchantments easily on servers
and with
```
/regenitem unset
```
the item in your hand is unmarked and no longer duplicates
