Bukkit/Spigot plugin to make multiplayer mobspawn more reasonable

A small plugin to make make the mobcap on servers a per player cap. This makes mobfarms on server actually work now and stops player hogging all the mobs.

 

Added commands:

/getGlobalEntities: shows the nearby entities of each player on the server

 

Config options:

 

CountNameTaggedMobs: if name tagged mobs should count
CountSpawnerMobs: if spawner mobs should be counted. if the cap for the player is reached with spawner mobs, NATURAL mobs wont spawn near the player anymore
DisableSpawner: Disables spawners if player has reached the cap (making afk near spawner pointless but also makes it necessary to light up near caves to prevent other mobspawn)
