Spice Outline Texture Pack takes two ideas that were never meant to be separate and finally puts them in one pack: a warm, cinematic autumn shader, and a texture set where every single pixel is outlined.
At its core is an enhanced Vibrant Visuals (PBR) shader built on a fall-themed lighting profile. The sun carries a deep amber-to-rose color curve as it moves across the sky, shifting from a soft golden white at midday to a rich orange-red glow near the horizon. A cool blue ambient fill light sits underneath it, so warm highlights and cool shadows play off each other instead of everything looking flat and orange. The sky itself uses a hand-tuned gradient — blue zenith fading into pink, coral and amber near the horizon — with boosted atmospheric scattering so sunsets feel genuinely dramatic rather than a simple color swap.
On top of the original shader, this build pushes it further: midtone and shadow saturation is raised for punchier color, ACES filmic tone-mapping is kept for cinematic contrast, shadow maps are doubled in resolution (1024 → 2048) for crisper detail under trees and structures, water carries slightly more visible wave detail and clarity, and distant fog was shifted from a neutral gray-blue into a warm golden haze — so far-off hills disappear into an autumn glow instead of a cold mist.
Then comes the outline layer. Every block, tool, weapon, mob, cloud, and even the sun and moon are rendered with a thin bevel: a warm cream highlight on the top and right edge of every texture pixel, and a deep umber shadow on the bottom and left. Blown up at 256x resolution, the result is a mosaic, stained-glass-like look — each block face reads as a grid of individually outlined tiles instead of a flat smear of color. Blocks that the shader recolors for the fall theme (leaves, ores, swords, lava, and more) were run back through the same outline process by hand, so the whole world — shader-recolored blocks and vanilla blocks alike — carries one consistent, unified art style instead of two textures fighting each other.
PBR support carries through as well: normal maps and metalness/emissive/roughness maps were resized and pixel-aligned to match the new texture resolution, so surface lighting, specular highlights, and emissive glow (torches, lanterns, lava, glowstone, and more) still read correctly under the new shader.
Requirements: Minecraft Bedrock 1.26 or newer, with PBR / Vibrant Visuals graphics enabled in Video settings (requires a compatible GPU or the software PBR fallback).
Note on style: true screen-space cel-shading (a solid white outline traced around whole objects, like in the concept image) isn't something Bedrock resource packs can do — that's a Java Edition shader-loader technique (Iris/OptiFine). What this pack does is the closest thing achievable within Bedrock's actual capabilities: the outline is baked directly into every texture at the pixel level, which reads as a strong, consistent outline effect in-world, especially at this resolution.
