Description
Creephantom: Night Raiders merges two of Minecraft’s most feared mobs into one nightmare: a Creeper’s body carried on Phantom wings.
What it does
- Every Phantom in your world becomes a Creephantom.
- Just like vanilla insomnia, the danger starts only if you don’t sleep: after 3 nights in a row without sleeping, the next night a raid of 10 Creephantoms appears at once above you.
- They circle high in the sky, then dive at you. Within about 3 blocks the fuse is lit: they hiss, flash white and swell for 1.5 seconds, then explode with normal Creeper power.
- Run more than 7 blocks away and the fuse is cancelled, just like a real Creeper.
- They burn in daylight, so dawn clears the sky.
- Drops: Gunpowder and Phantom Membrane.
Features
- Custom hand-made model: Creeper body with a Creeper face, and Phantom-style wings with animated flapping.
- Creeper-style white flash and swelling when the fuse is lit.
- A sleep counter with on-screen notices (“Nights without sleep: 2/3”) so you always know how close the raid is.
- Creephantom Field Guide: a readable in-game book, given once to every player on first join. Craft another with Book + Gunpowder.
- Spawn egg included (Creative inventory).
- Works with Minecraft Bedrock Edition and Pocket Edition, version 1.21.80 and newer.
How to install and use
- Download the
.mcaddonfile and open it with Minecraft. It imports both packs automatically. - Create or edit a world. Under Behavior Packs and Resource Packs, activate Creephantom: Night Raiders.
- In world settings, enable Beta APIs / Script API (needed for the sleep counter, raids and guide).
- Play! Stay awake for 3 nights and prepare for the 4th. Sleeping in a bed resets the counter.
Test commands (cheats on)
/scriptevent lfi:raidspawns 10 Creephantoms around you right now./scriptevent lfi:insomnia 3sets your nights-without-sleep counter to 3./summon lfi:creephantomsummons a single one.
Survival tips
- Sleep before the 3rd night ends to reset the counter.
- Stay under a roof: the raid needs open sky to start.
- Shoot them down before they dive (20 health).
- Keep distance: a lit fuse cancels beyond 7 blocks.
Notes
- Always use both the Behavior Pack and the Resource Pack.
- If something looks wrong, make sure Beta APIs is on and the packs are at the top of the pack list.
