Whats up guys racing raftaar here again. Today i am bringing you a super fun and crazy behavior pack that i actually built completely from scratch. Have you ever had a chest full of completely useless items in your minecraft survival world? Like a thousand dirt blocks, some rotten flesh or poisonous potatoes that you just want to throw into lava. I realized throwing items into lava is boring so i thought what if you could trade your useless items for actual OP loot. That is why i made the RR Wishing Well addon. This pack lets you build a real working wishing well in your world where you can drop literally anything and get random items back.
How To Build The Wishing Well
So setting this up is incredibly simple. I didn't want to add any weird custom blocks or crazy crafting recipes that require a command block. You just need to build a simple 3 by 3 water pool using normal water buckets anywhere in your world. The script automatically scans the water blocks in real time. Once your 3x3 water pool is ready you just walk up to it and drop any item right into the center of the water. You can drop a diamond, a piece of dirt, or even a stick. The well does not care what you offer. The moment the item touches the water you will hear a magical sound, some particles will splash up, your item will disappear and the well will spit out a completely random loot drop back at you. It feels exactly like a gacha game or a casino inside minecraft.
The Loot Tier System
The best part is definitely the loot you can get. I wrote a massive loot table containing over 500 different items from the game. It is divided into 5 different rarity tiers. Common drops happen 58 percent of the time and give you basic stuff like building blocks, colored wool, wood and normal food. Uncommon drops happen 25 percent of the time and give you redstone, iron, gold and buckets. Rare drops are at 10 percent and this is where it gets good. You can get diamonds, enchanted books, music discs and spawn eggs. Epic drops happen 4 percent of the time giving you netherite tools, armor trims and totems of undying. But if you hit the 1 percent Legendary drop you get crazy stuff like an Elytra, a Beacon, a Nether Star or even the new Mace! When you hit a legendary drop your screen lights up, a totem sound plays and it announces your drop to the whole server.
The Curse And The Cooldowns
I know some of you guys will just build an automatic dropper to spam a million dirt blocks into the well to get infinite diamonds. So I actually coded a curse mechanic to stop spammers. If you drop items into the well too fast the well will get very angry at you. The water will turn black with smoke particles and the well will reject your offering. Instead of giving you loot it will actually curse you with Wither and Hunger effects for a few minutes. You have to wait like 60 seconds between making wishes if you want to avoid the curse. So be careful and don't get too greedy. Also the well actually has some funny easter eggs. If you offer a poisonous potato or rotten flesh the well literally gags and insults you in the chat.

Stats And Milestones
To make it even more fun i added a tracking system. The game tracks exactly how many wishes you have made in your lifetime. If you hit 100 wishes you get a milestone title on your screen saying Well Whisperer and the well gives you a free diamond. If you hit 500 wishes you get a netherite ingot and if you manage to hit 1000 wishes you get the title Wish God and a free Elytra directly in your inventory. It makes grinding the wishing well super rewarding because you always have a milestone to look forward to.
Beta APIs Requirement
This is very important guys. Because the script constantly scans for items floating in water and tracks player stats using dynamic properties, you absolutely must turn on the Beta APIs experiment in your world settings. If you forget to enable this before loading your world, dropping items into water will do absolutely nothing and the well will just be a normal puddle of water. So please make sure you check your experiments tab.
