The Ultimate — v4.3

A modern remaster inspired by classic Java mod design, rebuilt for Minecraft Bedrock with focus on performance, optimization and high-tier equipment.

Getting Started

1. Find Titanium and Uranium ore in the Overworld.
2. Smelt the ore (or the raw pieces) in a furnace or blast furnace to get nuggets.
3. Combine 9 nuggets into an ingot. 9 ingots make a block, and blocks and ingots can be turned back into 9 of the smaller item.
4. Craft your equipment with Titanium, Uranium and Iron ingots.

Bosses and mini-bosses also drop nuggets, so fighting them speeds up your progression (see Special Nugget Drops).

Ores

The Ultimate ores generate only in the Overworld.

Their rarity is between Diamond and Emerald.

The drops are handled by script instead of loot tables, so they scale properly:

• Fortune increases the amount of raw pieces, even at levels 100 or higher
• Silk Touch drops the ore block itself
• Nothing is dropped when mining in Creative

Equipments

All Ultimate tools and armor maintain high-tier stats and powerful performance.

• Mining speed equivalent to Netherite with Efficiency V
• Unique Auto-Enchant system
• Updated lore indicating the enchant has already been applied
• High durability and combat efficiency

The Axe, Shovel and Hoe keep their vanilla uses: strip logs, create paths and till soil.

Armor

Utility Items

Miner's Dream

Creates a massive mining tunnel instantly:

• 11 blocks wide
• 7 blocks tall
• ~80 blocks long

How to use: use it on the side of a block, facing the direction you want to dig (it can't be used facing up or down). The item is consumed when used, except in Creative. The tunnel is built in sections, so keep close while it works and let the chunks load.

Critter Cage

Capture entities by simply interacting while holding the item. No need to attack.

• Capture: look at a creature within 4 blocks (7 in Creative) and use the cage. The cage keeps the creature, and its lore shows what is inside: type, health, name, owner, baby, variant, color, saddle and strength.
• Release: use a full cage and the creature is released where you are standing. The cage is consumed.
• Captured creatures are saved safely as structures, with automatic cleanup of cages that were lost or abandoned.
• If a cage's stored data can no longer be found, a warning message appears and the item goes back to being an empty cage.
• Players can never be captured.

Survival mode: only these creatures can be captured (Creative has no restriction):

Mechanics

Special Nugget Drops

Some of the toughest creatures drop Titanium and Uranium nuggets. A player has to be the cause of death, with a melee attack. Each nugget type is rolled separately, and each roll can also give none (not guaranteed).

Looting increases the amount dropped, but it isn't required for the drop to happen.

Achievements

This add-on integrates with the Meritum Engine to support custom achievements. The Meritum Engine is used only to manage and track them.

There are three achievements related to progression with Ultimate equipment:

• Ultimate Forger — Obtain titanium and uranium ingots
• A New Boss — Complete the full Ultimate equipment set
• Exhausting Work — Break an Ultimate pickaxe by mining until it breaks

Note: Meritum Engine is not a required feature. You can simply not install it and everything will continue to work, but you will not have these three achievements.
