📌 About The Addon
Smart Area Miner is a powerful Minecraft Bedrock addon that lets players choose how large an area they want to mine with a single block break. Instead of being locked to one fixed mining size, you can switch between multiple odd-numbered mining areas whenever you need them.
The block you mine remains at the exact center of the selected area, making mining predictable, clean, and easy to control.
⚙️ Available Mining Sizes
- 1×1 — Normal Minecraft mining
- 3×3 — Small area mining
- 5×5 — Medium mining area
- 7×7 — Large mining area
- 9×9 — Extra-large mining area
- 11×11 — Maximum mining area
Only odd-numbered sizes are used so the block you mine always stays perfectly centered.
🎮 How To Change Mining Size
Hold a compatible pickaxe, sneak and use/right-click on a block to cycle through the available mining sizes.
The selected mining size is displayed to the player so you always know which mode is currently active.
🧭 Direction-Based Mining
Smart Area Miner automatically detects the direction you are mining.
- Mine a wall and the selected area breaks across the wall.
- Mine the floor and the area spreads horizontally.
- Mine the ceiling and the mining area follows the correct orientation.
🛡️ Safe Mining System
Important protected or special blocks are excluded from area mining to reduce accidental damage and keep the addon safer to use.
Blocks such as Bedrock, Barriers, Command Blocks and other protected blocks are not intended to be destroyed by the area-mining system.
