Description
Creeper Doll Dance
Created by Baku
Bring a playful dance party to your Minecraft world! Place the Creeper Doll and watch nearby mobs bounce, squash, stretch, and sway from side to side. Enjoy a peaceful party with simple controls and no added music.
Features
- 20-block party radius: Nearby supported mobs join automatically while the doll is active.
- Spongy dancing: Ground mobs compress before bouncing, with stretching and alternating sideways movement.
- Peaceful participants: Dancing mobs pause their attacks inside the active radius. Normal combat returns when the party stops or they leave its range.
- Original mob appearance: Mobs retain their vanilla models and textures instead of transforming into other creatures.
- Simple ON/OFF controls: Interact with the doll to start or stop the party.
- Multiple dolls: Create several party areas, including overlapping zones.
- Craft, place, and collect: Find the doll in Creative or craft it in Survival, then break it to collect it.
- No added audio or particles: The focus stays on the dancing.
Compatible Mobs
Includes Creepers, Zombies, Skeletons, Villagers, Cows, Pigs, Sheep, Chickens, and other compatible vanilla mobs. Flying, aquatic, and certain special mobs use compatible visual dancing and combat suppression without forced ground hops.
How to Use
- Find Creeper Doll in the Creative inventory or craft one.
- Place it on open, level ground near supported mobs. It starts ON.
- Interact to switch between Turn Dance ON and Turn Dance OFF.
- Break the doll to collect it. The world's normal mob-loot rules apply.
Crafting Recipe
Use a crafting table with 4 Lime Wool, 2 Gunpowder, 1 Redstone Dust, and 1 Note Block:
| Lime Wool | Redstone Dust | Lime Wool |
| Gunpowder | Note Block | Gunpowder |
| Lime Wool | Empty | Lime Wool |
Output: 1 Creeper Doll.
Installation
- Open the .mcaddon file with Minecraft to import it.
- Enable both Creeper Doll Dance [BP] and Creeper Doll Dance [RP] in your world.
- Enter the world and place your doll!
Compatibility
Designed for Minecraft Bedrock Edition / MCPE 26.52. No experimental switches are required.
Other addons that change the same vanilla mobs may conflict. Open ground provides the clearest movement; low ceilings and uneven terrain can affect hopping.
