Smart Furnace Addon automatically links furnaces with nearby inventories to pull input, refuel, and push outputs intelligently — no redstone required.

🔗 How Linking Works

When you place a supported furnace (normal furnace, smoker, blast furnace), it will:

1. Scan all 6 adjacent sides (up, down, north, south, east, west).

2. Detect:

• Containers (chests, barrels, etc.)
• Inventory entities (like hopper minecarts)

1. Automatically:

• Pull valid input items
• Refuel using priority fuel
• Push output items

Once a container successfully provides input, the furnace locks onto it as its source until:

• The furnace input becomes empty
• The container runs out of valid items
• The container is removed

A visual particle link effect shows active connections.

📤 Output System (Priority Order)

When an item finishes smelting:

1. Pushes to hopper below (if exists)

2. Pushes to hopper minecart below

3. Pushes to linked container

4. Pushes to any adjacent container

❌ Blocks That Do NOT Link

These blocks are ignored and will not link:

• Ender Chest
• Hopper (for input linking)
• Players

The system only links to valid inventory containers or inventory entities.

💡 Best Setup Tips

• Place a chest beside the furnace for input.
• Place a hopper underneath for clean output automation.
• Keep fuel in any adjacent container.
• Avoid mixing different smelt types in one source chest.
