Waystones

Fast travel for Bedrock. Build waystones at your base, your farms and your far-off builds, tap them once to activate them, and travel between them whenever you like. It's free, and it works between dimensions.

Inspired by the Java Edition Waystones mod, rebuilt from scratch as a Bedrock add-on.

How it works

• Place a waystone. It's two blocks tall. You own it, it's activated for you right away, and you get to name it (or keep the name it makes up).
• Tap a waystone to activate it and open the travel list. The list shows every waystone you've activated, nearest first, with how far away each one is.
• Pick one and go. You land next to the destination waystone. If that side is blocked you land on another side, or on top. The destination is loaded and checked before you leave, so you never arrive inside a wall.
• Travel is free, also between the Overworld, the Nether and the End.

Items

• Waystone: 7 stone bricks (or polished blackstone bricks) around a Warp Stone.
• Warp Stone: opens the travel list from anywhere, then needs 5 minutes to recharge. 4 amethyst shards, 4 ender pearls and a gold ingot.
• Warp Scroll: opens the travel list from anywhere and is used up when you arrive. Gold nuggets, an ink sac, an amethyst shard and paper make 3.

Multiplayer

• Each player has their own list. You only see the waystones you've found and activated.
• Only the owner or an operator can break a waystone someone placed. Explosions and pistons can't move it.
• Owners and operators can rename a waystone. Operators can also make a waystone global, so it's on everyone's list without them having to find it. That's handy for spawn.

Works in single player, on Realms and on dedicated servers. You don't need to turn on any experiments.
