No Mending from Villager Trades

This behaviour pack removes treasure enchantments from librarians. I made it because mending (among other treasure enchants) can become truly rare instead of just cheesing it with villagers and lecturns. Now they have a chance to trade books between one to many enchants applied onto them instead. 

I am aware afk fishing farms are an easy way to get them but I personally enjoy fishing (believe it or not) so I don't want to remove them just yet plus players actually have to get out of their way to make an afk machine, so I will leave it upto them if they want to do that.  If someone asks, I can remove treasure enchannts from fishing too. 

I have other ideas for balancing villagers, so that they aren't just an easy carry to endgame like removing ender pearls, replacing iron equipment with copper as well as removing diamond gear.
