Netherite Armor Crafting instead of Smitching

Removes the ability to upgrade diamond equipment to netherite and in its place, craft them with ingots like you would with other armor sets. Exceptions are horse and nautilus armor
This behaviour pack allows players to craft netherite gear with a crafting table using ingots and removes the ability to upgrade diamond armor from a smithing table (excluding horse armor and nautilis armor) . In the future, I would like to add other changes to netherite if mojang ever gives us access to edit the items themselves or adds armor toughness/knochback resistance attributes.
I set it up such that achievements shouldn't be disabled so I hope that helps.
