Description

☠️ Hardcore Death Penalty & Spectator Limbo [Bedrock Edition]

⚡ Key Features

1. Escalating Spectator Limbo (2n² Formula)

When you die, you aren't deleted—you are forced into Spectator mode to observe your world and teammates while serving your sentence.

The Penalty: Wait times follow a 2 * n² minute formula (where n is your death count), strictly capped at 12 hours (720 minutes).
Offline Tracking: Timers track real-world clock time. Your sentence continues counting down even if you disconnect from the server.

2. 24-Hour Repeating Reset Cycle

Your death count doesn't stack forever. Every 24 hours (anchored to your exact first join time), your death count resets back to 0. The system steps forward in exact 24-hour increments to prevent clock drift.

3. Safe Release & Spawn Handling

When your limbo sentence ends, you are safely transitioned back to Survival mode.

You are teleported directly to your bed or respawn anchor (or default world spawn if none is set).
You receive 10 seconds of Invulnerability (Resistance V) and Regeneration to prevent instant spawn-killing by mobs.

4. Hardcore Visuals & HUD (Resource Pack)

Authentic Hardcore Hearts: Survival hearts are replaced with Hardcore designs (angry eyes, dark borders, cracked glints, and custom states for poison, wither, and absorption).
On-Screen Countdown: A live Action Bar displays broken hearts and your exact time remaining in limbo.
Hardcore Screen Badge: A persistent [☠ HARDCORE] indicator is integrated directly into your UI.
Custom Death Screen: The vanilla "You Died" screen is overridden with an "ENTERING SPECTATOR LIMBO" notice.

🛠️ In-Game Commands (`!hc`)

`!hc status [player]`	All	Check current deaths, next penalty, 24h reset timer, and limbo status.
`!hc help`	All	Display the help menu.
`!hc testdeath`	All	Simulate a death sentence and enter spectator limbo immediately.
`!hc release <player>`	Admin / OP	Instantly release a player from limbo back to Survival.
`!hc reset <player>`	Admin / OP	Reset player's death count to 0.
`!hc setdeath <player> <n>`	Admin / OP	Set a player's death count directly to test different tiers.

⚙️ Installation & World Setup

Download and import both the Behavior Pack (BP) and Resource Pack (RP) files.
Apply both packs to your world.
Under World Settings -> Experiments, you MUST turn ON Beta APIs. The script engine will not function without this toggle.
Start your world. The addon will automatically initialize.
