During Thunderstorms, snowbiomes now have a Snowstorm effect

Randomly at night when its not snowing, you can see Aurora Borealis, it has 12 different variations and can the effects can stack

Taigas now have Snow litter spawning in them

STRUCTURES:

Cryo Chambers: The Cryo Chambers are the snow biomes trial chambers, you can get new items here like Aurora Crystal, Powdered Snowballs, Ice Bombs and the new weapon Snowmill
