Cavern Calamity adds several new cave biomes, (11 in total) heres just a few of the cave biomes you can find
Jasper Caves: Jasper Caves add a new Amethyst Variant, Jasper, a Red version of amethyst, you can also make a new weapon, Jasper Kunai
Kyanite Caves: Kyanite is also a variant of Amethyst, but its blue, you can make a new weapon with Kyanite, Kyanite Kunai
Amethyst Caves: Just like the first 2 caves, you now have a cave biome for Amethyst, unlike the first 2 however, this cave biome also has Calcite mixed into it
Slimy Sewers: the slimy sewers contains a LOT of slime, if you need a ton of slime quickly, go to this biome
Glowing Mushroom Caves: This cave biome spawns exclusively under the mushroom island, its the most peaceful of the caves
Glimmering Lush Caves: This biome has the most content in it, having tons of new plants, and since its always glowing, next to no mobs can spawn in this biome
Spider Caves: Spider Caves have tons of silk and webs in them, be warned however, cave spiders naturally spawn here, plus, theres a new dangerous block, Spider Eggs, when theyre broken or stepped on, they explode into 10 baby spiders
Lichen Caves: Lichen Caves are filled to the brim with glow lichen
Aether Caves: Aether caves is a glowing crystal biome. most mobs cant spawn here, theres also a brand new mob, the Pixie
Horrid Caves: Horrid caves are a cave biome filled with spore blocks and a new hostile mob, the Hallow
Under Forest: The Under Forest is a biome that has underground pale oak plants and trees, no lava can spawn here
Sodalite Caves: Sodalite caves are a biome thats filled with a blue stone, on the roof of the biome you can find Energized Sodalite, breaking it has a chance to drop sodalite fragments used in crafting
Wilted Garden: the Wilted Garden is a withered version of the lush caves, its filled with wither skeletons and various other wither themed things
Hptsprings Biome: Hotsprings biome is a biome found mostly around deserts and mesas, its filled with lava and blackstone, it also spawns Magma Cubes in the overworld

Hyperion Forest: Hyperion Forest is a biome filled with extremely large trees with roots that extend underground

theres firstly 2 new weapon types
Kunai: a spammable, cheap throwable item
Greatswords: much stronger than normal swords, they inflict blindness and slowness on whatever you hit as well, however once you hit something, your hit with weakness 255 for 5 seconds, unless the weapons enchanted with sharpness, then it goes down to weakness 4
TOOLSETS:
Titanium: its as strong as iron, damage and mining speed wise, but it has a little more durability than diamond items, titanium can only be found in the Stone Layer
Kyanite: Kyanite has similar stats to diamond but less durability than Iron, kyanite is found only in the Kyanite Caves and Heavenly Tower Structure
Cobalt Items: Cobalt items are roughly the same as iron, except the tools gain Crushing (increases effectiveness against modded blocks) Cobalt is found in the Deepslate Layer
Aetherium Items: Aetherium is similar to diamond but slightly less durability and slightly less defense on the armor, Aetherium is found in the Aetherium Caves
Rose Gold: Rose gold is the same as iron on the armor, the tools however have the same mining speed as normal gold but with a decent amount more durability, Rose Gold is obtained by crafting Rose Gold Alloy and smelting it
Staballoy Items: Staballoy items are the same as titanium except with even more durability. Staballoy is obtained by crafting Staballoy Alloy and smelting it:
Jasper Items: Jasper Items are crafted in the Soul Forge, they have slightly stronger defense than Netherite but much lower durability. jasper is obtained in the Jasper Caves and the Heavenly Tower. Jasper Forging Template is found in Stone or Deepslate Vaces
Platinum Items: Platinum Items are Upgraded titanium items, increasing defense and doubling the durability,
platinum is found in the Deepslate Layer and the Forging Template is found in Underground Ruins
Palladium Items: Palladium is the second strongest toolset in the addon, being much stronger than Netherite, Palladium Debris is found at Y-55 and under
Exodium: Exodium is the strongest toolset in the mod, being completely unbreakable and having extreme stats, Exodium is found in the Wilted Garden and the Forging Template is dropped by the boss, Floral Amalgam
MISC ORES:
Sulfur: its used to craft Gunpowder easier, it also is used to craft colorful smokebombs and Firework fountains, sulfur is a Stone-layer exclusive ore
Onyx Quartz: Onyx quartz is a varient of Nether Quartz but black, its a stone layer exclusive ore:
Uranium: Uranium is used to make Rad Powder, an upgraded gunpowder which makes more powerful explosives, its also used as a part for Staballoy Alloy and for decorative blocks, it can also BOOST COPPER AND IRON GOLEMS, its a Deepslate Layer ore
(Warning, the ore and blocks of the ore damage people nearby who arent wearing Rad Away Bands)
Other Items include:
Silk Balls - when these hit a mob, they spawn a cobweb on said mob, they drop from Spiders
Flint Caltrop - This is a throwable spike item that damages anything that comes in contact with it
Golden Minecart - This minecart is 10x the speed of a normal minecart, however it can detach from rails
Energized Mining Helmet - Mining Helmet that emits Light
Bomb - throwable explosive
Musical Instruments - makes sounds
magnet - pulls in nearby items
magnet tools - pulls in items on break
geodes - geodes are throwable items that when thrown produce a broken geode, which can be used in the stone cutter for extra ores
Vaces - Vaces naturally spawn throughout the world and act as mini chests
POTIONS:
Mining Potion - Gives haste 1 for 90 seconds and night vision for 2 minutes
brewed with Golden Berries
Aether Potion - Gives speed 1 for 90 seconds and slow falling for 2 minutes
brewed with Aether Fruit
Mustard Gas - Instakills people who drink it
Brewed with sulfur
Can be turned into a splash potion that damages nearby mobs and players
STRUCTURES:
Buried Church: this structure is the home to the brand new mob: Weeping Angels, theyre completely immortal and act similar to the Creaking, to loot this place your going to need to find a method to always look at them
Tower of Crystals: This tower starts from the bottom of the world and goes up to Y=40, each floor has loot in it and 1-2 monster spawners
Ruins: Ruins are destroyed buildings that spawn underground
Labyrinth: Labyrinth is a structure filled with spawners and chests
Undead Mineahaft: undead mineshaft is a structure filled with boosted mobs and tons of loot
Underground Outpost: Underground outpost is a structure filled with illagers, they have a new illager that breaks blocks to reach you as well as a varient of the allay at the top, said varient is tamable with glow berries and emits light for you
Ancient Forge: Ancient Forge is the building that contains the Soul Forge for endgame cavern calamity crafting
Sword Shrine: the Sword Shrine is a structure that spawns rarely, you can find it via a one block gab in the ground on the surface, it may have either have an iron sword, a wooden sword or the new weapon with a special ability, the Heros Sword
MOBS:
Mimic: Mimics attack similar to slimes, they spawn by randomly replacing chests in structures. after about 2 minutes with no target, the Mimic turns back into a Mimic Chest, you can silk touch the chest and take it with you
Hallow: the Hallow is a melee attacking hostile mob that hits very hard and inflicts blindness
Pixie: Pixies are tamable passive mobs, theyre tamed with Aether Fruit (rarely obtained from Aether Vines) when tamed they fly towards you and either give you speed or slow falling depending on the color
Molten: The Molten is a zombie mob that spawns in lava in caves, when it leaves the lava it places a trail of fire wherever it goes
Gem Crawlers: Gem Crawlers are passive mobs that fear every mob including players. when killed they drop the ore thats on their back
Creeder: Creeder is a Hybrid of a Spider and a Creeper:
Light Allay: the Light Allay is found in the Underground Outpost, its tamable with Glow Berries and it emits light wherever it goes
Sodalite Energizer: Sodalite Energizers shoot blue projectiles at nearby players
Mineologer: Mineologer is similar to a vindicator but can break blocks
(BOSS BATTLE) Floral Amalgam: Floral Amalgam has a ton of unique attacks like summoning spores to damage the player, erupting damaging vines from the ground and dashing to name a few, The boss drops the Exodium Forging Template on death and is summoned with the Genesis Seed dropped by wither skeletons rarely, the seed can only be planted on Withered Moss under y=0
