FLOATING TEXT

Floating Text is a stylish and easy-to-use Minecraft Bedrock Edition addon designed to let server owners create clean floating text and dynamic leaderboards without complicated setup. Create informative displays, server announcements, rankings, and custom text that can be placed anywhere in your world.

Everything is designed to be simple and flexible, with easy-to-manage floating text, customizable leaderboard titles, title prefixes, player limits, score formatting, and optional currency displays. Leaderboards automatically update when player data changes and can expand or shrink to match the number of players being displayed.

FLOATING TEXT

Create normal floating text displays and customize them to suit your server. Floating text is fully editable, allowing you to change the content whenever you need to.

Use floating text for:

• Server Information — Display important server information and rules.
• Announcements — Create clean and visible messages for players.
• Custom Displays — Add decorative text and useful information anywhere.
• NPC & Area Information — Provide descriptions for different areas of your server.

LEADERBOARDS

Create dynamic leaderboards that automatically display your players and their scores. Leaderboards are designed to look clean and organized, with special colors for the top three positions and white formatting for every other position.

Example:

Players without leaderboard data automatically display as No player data yet, making the leaderboard look complete even before players have earned a score.

CUSTOM LEADERBOARD SETTINGS

Leaderboards include several customization options while keeping the setup simple.

• Title — Sets the name displayed by the leaderboard.
• Title Prefix — Adds a customizable prefix around the leaderboard title.
• Players to Display — Controls how many leaderboard positions are shown.
• Is Currency — Adds a $ before leaderboard scores.

The default title prefix is:

The $title placeholder automatically changes to the leaderboard title you set.

AUTOMATIC POSITIONING

Leaderboards use a bottom-based layout, keeping the bottom position fixed while the leaderboard expands upward.

When you increase or decrease the number of players shown, the leaderboard automatically moves and resizes to fit the new number of entries. The final position stays anchored at the bottom while the title remains at the top.

This makes it easy to create clean leaderboard displays without manually repositioning them every time the player limit changes.
