Have you ever wondered why minecarts are one of the most expensive forms of transportation in Minecraft and yet are also one of the slowest? It makes no sense, minecarts should be faster. This addon remedies this by drastically increasing the speed minecarts go.
When downloading, you get two versions of this add-on. The first only slightly increases the speed of minecarts while the second makes them go comically fast. If you’re worried about performance, or just don’t want any minecart contraptions to break, use the slightly faster version. If you don’t care, however, use the regular one.
Warning: Unless you're holding forwards, the minecarts in the really fast version will roll back down hills very quickly. This does not matter for straight tracks, but if you really don’t want to hold forward, use the slightly faster version.
