Copper Golem Optimizer

Copper Golem Optimizer is a Minecraft Bedrock addon designed to improve the vanilla Copper Golem for large-scale storage and item-sorting systems.

The goal is simple: build larger storage systems with fewer Copper Golems while making item transportation and sorting much faster.

Features

Extended Storage Range

The addon significantly increases the effective range at which a Copper Golem can access storage.

The approximate range is:

• 25–30 blocks horizontally

• 1 block vertically

This allows a Copper Golem to organize items into storage chests that are much farther away than with the normal behavior.

You can therefore create long storage systems without needing to place a Copper Golem next to every group of chests.

Centralized Storage Systems

You can place a Copper Golem inside a small enclosed area in the center of your storage system, together with its Copper Chest.

The golem can remain enclosed while sending and organizing items into storage chests located farther away.

For example:

Copper Chest → Copper Golem → 100+ Storage Filters

You can also leave the Copper Golem free if you prefer.

Both designs work.

Faster Item Movement

Copper Golem Optimizer makes item transportation significantly faster.

This allows a single Copper Golem to handle very large storage systems, potentially supporting 100+ filters or more per golem, depending on the storage layout and item flow.

Adding additional Copper Golems can make the overall sorting system even faster because multiple golems can process items at the same time.

Keeps Vanilla Sorting

The addon does not replace the Copper Golem with a custom sorting system.

The Copper Golem continues using its familiar vanilla behavior:

• It searches for Copper Chests.

• It takes items from Copper Chests.

• It organizes items into storage chests.

• It sorts items according to its normal behavior.

• It remains the vanilla Copper Golem.

The addon simply optimizes and extends what the vanilla Copper Golem can already do.

No Custom Mobs

Copper Golem Optimizer does not add any new mobs or custom entities.

It only modifies the behavior of the existing vanilla Copper Golem.

This keeps the addon lightweight and focused on improving the Copper Golem rather than introducing new creatures.

Achievements Remain Enabled

Copper Golem Optimizer does not disable achievements.

You can use the addon in your world while keeping the normal achievement system enabled.

The Copper Golem can remain in the center while the storage filters are placed around its effective range.
