Building in Biomes

Changes:

Structures:

-Boss structures now generate related to the altar's center, and require a confirmation to be placed.

Mobs:

-Bosses glow their respective color when hit.

-Champion of justice now subtracts arrow damage, but adds magic damage to the final calculation.

-Overgrown Archshaman now has 1 second of invulnerability when hit by any conventional attack.

-Overgrown Archshaman and Weeper have a chance to change attack when hit.

-Getting close to the Weeper while it's doing a ranged attack results in a knockback roar.

-Hitting the Weeper can trigger a knockback roar and a second of invulnerability.

-Weeper now looks more like the Wither.

-Overgrown Equestrian's spear is now enchanted.

Items:

-Incresed Dual Javelin's durability (8=>11) and repair rate (1d/s=>3d/s).

Blocks:

-Updated Stairs' code. They are more similar to vanilla ones, thanks to the 1.21.130 updates.(REQUIRES UPCOMING CREATOR FEACHERS)
