- Added right click in air to select standing position.  No more need to place temporary blocks just to have something to click on.

- Increase block limit to 524,288 from 50,000 in version 1.1.1

- Improve block placement handling so large areas outside your immediate chunk can be filled, requires player to move toward the first position if outside of loaded area.  Increase simulation distance to reduce need for moving around.

 - Added option on second menu page to return to category selection.
