Wolves are great. But what if your dog could grow bigger every fight, hit harder, fetch your loot, carry your stuff, let you ride her into battle, and dig up ore for you? Meet Bella, a black-and-tan best friend with big plans.

Bella behaves like a wolf at heart, then goes way further: extra hearts, growing size, stronger bites, an XP and loot fetch, a pack for your things, ore digging, and a handy config menu. She's loyal to the core. Every mob she takes down makes her tougher, and some of them even make you tougher.

🦴 GETTING STARTED

🐺 Every 5th Wolf: tame wolves like you always do, and every 5th wolf you tame (5th, 10th, 15th...) turns into a tamed Bella that's all yours, right where the wolf stood. Every player has their own count.

🦴 Taming: use a bone on a wild Bella. Each bone has about a 33% chance to win her over. Once she's yours she gets a lime collar, 20 hearts to start, and she sits and follows like a good girl. Use a name tag to give her a name.

🪑 Sit & Follow: use her with an empty hand or any item and she sits or stands. Food and dye always work first. If they can't do anything for her, she sits or stands instead.

🎨 Collars & Dyes: all 16 dyes, just like a wolf. Only the owner can dye her, using the color she already wears costs no dye, and pups get their own little collar in every color.

🍖 Food & Healing: feed her to heal her, from rabbit stew (10 hearts) down to tropical fish (1 heart).

🐶 Breeding & Pups: Bella breeds with another Bella or a tame wolf (both tame and at full health). The pup is a Bella and belongs to you. Feed the pup and it grows up faster.

⚔️ GROWING STRONG

❤️ Hearts & Kills: she starts at 20 hearts and gains +1 max heart for every 10 mob kills, all the way to 50. Every kill heals her 1 heart too.

📏 Size Tiers: with Upscale on, she grows as her hearts rise: 1.0, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, then a massive 1.5 at 50 hearts. Kills only make her bigger, never smaller.

🗡️ Damage Tiers: double damage at 30 hearts, triple at 40, and at 50 hearts she one-shots creepers and endermen and hits everything else for triple damage. Gentle... until she isn't.

🛡️ Owner Bonuses: when your Bella kills a creeper, you heal 1 heart. When she kills an enderman, you get +5 max hearts (up to 50), and you both get fully healed.

👀 Progress Display: look at your grown Bella within 12 blocks and she shows her progress: kills / hearts / 50.

⛏️ NEW: ORE DIGGING

💎 Show Her an Ore: use an ore item on your Bella (coal, raw iron/copper/gold, iron/copper/gold ingots or nuggets, redstone, lapis, diamond, emerald or quartz) and she sniffs out the nearest ore of that kind within 16 blocks.

⛏️ Pickaxe Menu: use any pickaxe on her to open a menu and pick which ore she should find.

🕳️ She Digs It All: she walks to it, digs a staircase down, and digs out the whole deposit.

🎁 Ore to You: the ore goes straight into your inventory, or drops at your feet if you're full. Other blocks she digs drop and stay where they fall.

🟫 Fill It Back In: once you're both out of the hole she sits and waits. Use dirt on her within 60 seconds and she fills the hole back in. Wait longer and the hole stays.

🐕 Two at a Time: up to two Bellas can search at once, and they never share a hole or a deposit.

🎒 TEAMWORK & TOOLS

🐎 Riding: a full 1.5 size Bella can be ridden! Hold a stick, use it on her (owner only), and off you go. Sneak to hop off.

📦 The Pack: put a chest, trapped chest or barrel on your 1.5 size Bella and she carries 27 slots of your stuff. Sneak + shears takes the pack off, and the items and the chest come back to you. If she ever shrinks below 1.5, the pack drops with everything in it, so nothing is ever lost.

✨ XP & Loot Fetch: she sends XP orbs within 10 blocks straight to you and fetches item drops one stack at a time. Items go to your inventory first, then into her pack. If you're both full, the item waits on the ground.

⚙️ Bella Config: sneak + bone on a tamed Bella opens the config menu. Set her hearts, size and damage with sliders, switch Extra Hearts, Upscale and Damage on or off, and apply it to just that Bella or every Bella nearby. Admin only is on by default, so everyone can look but only admins can change things. World Features lets admins set the rules for every Bella in the world.

📖 HOW YOU GET HER

Tame wolves, and every 5th one becomes Bella. She has her own spawn egg too. Every player gets the Bella The Dog V2 Guidebook on their first join. It stays with you when you die, remembers your page, and explains everything. Lost it? Craft another with a book + bone.

Fight together. Dig together. Grow together. Good girl, Bella! 🐾💥

Experiments: none needed. It only uses the stable scripting API and no experimental features, so it works on Bedrock 1.26.50 or newer with every experiment toggle off. Achievement friendly too!
